- An acrylic heat conduction sheet with a heat resistant temperature of 130℃.
- The sheet has high thermal conductivity, excellent shape followability and fits closely to the adherend, achieving a high thermal conduction effect.
- As it is a non-silicone heat release sheet, siloxane gas which causes contact failures will not be produced.
- There will be no lens fogging or contact failure.
- It also has flame retardancy and has acquired UL94 V-0. (UL file NO. E176845)
