A blade edge strengthened type tip that performs well in harsh conditions, such as processing with a long thrusting length, processing of overlaid part, and simultaneous cutting of multiple work materials.
For the TG type, a new PVD coating DH coating suitable for processing high hardness materials and high speed processing is employed in combination with a new type of material DH102 which is micro grain carbide for high hardness materials.
For the TG shape, use of a negative blade shape enables long life in high speed processing of high hardness materials exceeding 60HRC.
