A special flap wheel with wrapped in polishing cloths wherein the polishing cloths expand with centrifugal force when rotated.
Because the polishing cloths are expanded with centrifugal force, it fits nicely around work when it is pressed against it.
Because it does not use metal fittings due to being cap-less on both sides, it is a flap wheel which is less likely to create scratches on workpieces.
Since the shaft and flap can be removed with one touch, waste can be reduced.
