This product is DIN5688 compliant, and quality grades are 100 and 80. It also passed the 100% magnetic particle test.
The spacer (about 3mm)functions as a gap filling material required for root running.
For the location of welding seams (HV penetrating type), the DIN18800 requirements can be met. In other words, seams are completely shielded and development of a corrosion layer is unlikely, enabling its use outdoors.
