A safety design cermet employing a double switch which is turned on by pressing two switches at the same time and a full cover with no exposure of the blade rotating part.
As a one-touch system is employed, the handle can be fixed simply by pressing the stopper which makes it convenient for carrying.
The cover can be removed without tools and replacement of the blade can be done speedily.
