An acrylic heat conduction sheet with a heat resistant temperature of 130℃.
The sheet has high thermal conductivity, excellent shape followability and fits closely to the adherend, achieving a high thermal conduction effect.
As it is a non-silicone heat release sheet, siloxane gas which causes contact failures will not be produced.
There will be no lens fogging or contact failure.
It also has flame retardancy and has acquired UL94 V-0. (UL file NO. E176845)
