- A special flap wheel with wrapped in polishing cloths wherein the polishing cloths expand with centrifugal force when rotated.
- Because the polishing cloths are expanded with centrifugal force, it fits nicely around work when it is pressed against it.
- Because it does not use metal fittings due to being cap-less on both sides, it is a flap wheel which is less likely to create scratches on workpieces.
- Since the shaft and flap can be removed with one touch, waste can be reduced.
