- A V class (grade 100)is used to increase the lifting strength (grade 80 for 8ton and 15ton).
- Forged load rings are DIN5691 compliant and magnetic particle tested.
- A patented spacer functions as a gap filling material required for root running (about 3mm).
- For the location of welding seams (HV penetrating type), the DIN18800 requirements are met and seams are completely shielded. A corrosion layer is unlikely to develop, enabling its use outdoors.
